Founded Techco Chemical Co., Ltd.

1992

Received “Annual New Product Development Blue-chip Company Award” from Chinese National Federation of Industries.

1993

Became one of the manufactures of 7-ADCA, a pharmaceutical intermediate of β-lactam, one of the top 3 antibiotics in the world.

1997

Formed the joint venture Echem High Tech Co., Ltd. with RITEK, marking the company’s foray into the field of optoelectronic dyes.

2000

Collaborated with Japanese company Nagase to produce TFT-LCD electronic grade solvents as an OEM. Developed dimethylamine borane (DMAB), the reducing agent for PCB oxidation process.

2001

Officially renamed as Synmax Biochemical Co., Ltd. and ventured into the bioconversion field.

2003

Cardiovascular intermediates R-HPBE and LHPE launched, receiving “National Biotechnology and Medical Quality Award” from The Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI).

2004

Received ISO9001 certification and launched nattokinase (NK).

2005

Received ISO14001 certification, and nattokinase (NK) received “National Biotechnology and Medical Quality Award – Silver Award” from The Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI) in the same year.

2006

Set up joint venture with Nagase Co., Ltd. to establish Nagase Electronic Co., Ltd., offering TFT-LCD panel thinning services.

2009

Polymer capacitor key raw materials ferric salt and EDOT launched.

2010

Received MOEA’s “National Standardization Award” and IDB’s “Excellence Award”.

2011

Received The Rising Star Award from Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, MOEA for excellent performance in promoting international trade and management.

2013

Signed technical agreement with Japanese company Tayca to acquire the exclusive right to use its patented polymer capacitor Fe(III) p-TS.

2015

Market share of solid capacitor iron salt oxidizing agent ranked second in the world.

2020

Established the subsidiary “Synlife Trading Co., Ltd.”

2021

Successfully developed and launched Lipase

2022

Received feed additive license for Bromelain Enzyme

Obtained food additive license for Bromelain Enzyme
